Human Resources Supporting Staff

Requirements: Fluent use of hardware especially copy, print, and fax functions. This requires great attention to detail regarding updating personnel files and honed organizational abilities in order to keep up with various expiration dates and maintaining current records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To comply with policy and procedures of PACC, County, State, and Federal regulations from the State/Fed Medicare- Medicaid systems including HIPPA.
  • To comply with personnel information security and privacy according to County, State, and Federal law.
  • To assist Account Managers in keeping personnel files current by checking expiration reports and following up with Account Managers.
  • To receive all incoming HR documents to be updated.
  • To update all incoming HR and personnel information received in both the HR Database and the employee’s hard copy personnel file. (this will eventually be replaced with an electronic file housed on PACC’s internal server and will require documents to be scanned in).
  • To assist in preparing training materials for New Hire Orientation training.
  • To assist in the documentation of training and development for all employees.
  • To review New Hire file from Account Manager to ensure quality control.
  • To enter New Hire information into Human Resources Database using Microsoft Access.

Habilitation Specialist 

We are hiring compassionate and caring Habilitation Specialists to assist people with their daily living skills and social outings to enrich the quality of their lives.

-Be 18 years and older

-Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

-Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle available for daily use

Behavior Specialist 

We are currently hiring highly qualified individuals to work in our behavioral program. Flexible Schedules, Competitive Pay Rates, & Benefit Opportunities available. FT & PT positions open in Allegheny, Beaver, and Westmoreland Counties.  Applicants must:

Responsible for the overall development and implementation of the person centered behavioral plan.  Provide supports and interventions which focus on positive behavioral strategies. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA)
  • Develop behavioral support plans that are individualized and comprehensive, which utilize positive strategies to support the participant in a participant centered manner
  • Develop methods of tracking effectiveness of behavior support plan
  • Monitor and analyzes data and make changes when necessary based on data Collection
  • Training of and consultation with person served, family, friends, and providers
  • Collaborate with the persons team, including participation in the annual ISP meetings
  • Submit timely and accurate documentation according to company policy
  • Must have flexible schedule

-Be 18 years and older

-Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology or other human service related field.

-Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle available for daily use

-Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check, FBI and Child Abuse Clearances

-Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred
